Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. An item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, in accordance with healthfair.in Refund Policy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 7 days in case you receive a defective or damaged product. If 7days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only the products that have a warranty will be entertained.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods such as Masks, Sanitizers, Face Shields, PPE Kit, Oxygen Concentrator’s, Oxygen Cans, Oxygen Cylinder etc cannot be returned. We can only accept a return in case you receive a defective or damaged item/parcel. For any other reason, product can not be returned.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 23 Jain Nagar, Gufa Mandir Road, Lalghati, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462032

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If the return shipping is arranged by Ekaaki Globals (branded as  Health Fair), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will need to share the order id, Courier Name, and the tracking id on [email protected]

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed in 2 Business Days from the date return is received, a credit will automatically be sent to your original method of payment, once processed it will be credited within 3-5 Business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You will also find a confirmation email sent regarding the refund from our end.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and we will share you with the RRN (Refund Reference Number) that can be used to contact your bank/payment institution for tracking the refund(s).

Order Cancellation

You may reach us on our support number +91-9131246446 via call within 30 minutes after placing an order for any order cancellation. Past 30 minutes, orders are processed and can not be canceled.
